Eight quick questions. Instant results, about three minutes, and no impact to your credit.
Buying a home is more than paperwork. It's late-night talks and nervous questions. It's real people getting real help from someone who shows up, every time.
Adam flagged that we qualified for an appraisal waiver, which we didn't even know existed, and that saved us a good chunk of money. We also had leftover seller concessions and were leaning toward a 2-1 buydown, but Adam told us straight up he didn't think it was in our best interest... He didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear, he told us what actually made sense for us.
Because of my Self Employed status and the way we were handling my taxes we did not qualify at that time. A few months go by and Adam reaches back out to say that there are some new guidelines that will allow us to qualify... We had pretty much given up on doing the refi, but Adam kept on it and got it done for us. We are saving over $200 per month.
As first-time homebuyers and first-time VA buyers, Adam took the time to explain everything and help us understand what we were doing. He made sure I was confident in my decisions and that I got every benefit I was entitled to... He wasn't just helping us with a loan, he took the time to get to know us and be there for us.
Something didn't look right on a refinance I'd been approached about. He looked it over and told me straight up that I was being overcharged by about $6,000. That kind of transparency is rare... He handled a Texas VA loan, which is its own animal. He had an answer for every question I threw at him.
Adam came in and got me the best rate out of everyone I looked at, with a flat lender fee on top of it, and we closed in less than a month... If he was in a meeting, he called back quickly, which matters when you're stressed about a loan and need answers fast.
Responsiveness was everything for us with Adam, and he delivered from day one. He was always quick to get back to us, even on weekends, and never once made us feel dumb for any question we had. That matters more than people realize when you're trying to figure out the mortgage process for the first time!
I've worked with Adam as my mortgage broker on multiple refinances and now a HELOC, so this is my third time working with him, and he's always been awesome... Adam's honest, lays out all the home loan and refinancing options clearly, and never pressures you. Also he has an exquisite beard, which is a nice bonus.
Everything was meticulously organized, they clearly had a system down, and they worked quickly. What stood out most compared to past experiences was how easy he was to reach. No matter the time of day, he was available to answer questions... He made the entire mortgage process simple, smooth, and stress-free.

How do I qualify for a loan?
Qualifying depends on several factors, including your credit score, income, employment history and debt-to-income ratio. We look at all of them together to find your eligibility and the best loan options for you.
How can I improve my chances of getting approved?
Improving your credit score, paying down existing debt and keeping a stable income all help. The best way to set yourself up for success is to get pre-approved early, so we can look at your situation and build a plan that fits it.
Do I need 20% down to buy a home?
No. Several loan programs allow lower down payments, as little as 3% down for qualified buyers. With less than 20% down you'll usually have PMI (private mortgage insurance), which is a useful tool for buyers and nothing to be afraid of. We can walk you through the options for your situation.
Can I get a loan if I have low credit?
Yes, it's possible, though options and rates may differ from those available with higher scores. We offer products for a range of credit profiles and can show you how to improve your credit to qualify for better terms.
What is PMI, and is it bad?
PMI, or private mortgage insurance, is coverage lenders require when a buyer puts down less than 20%. It protects the lender in case of default. It isn't a bad thing: with decent credit it can be quite affordable, and it lets buyers purchase a home without waiting to save a full 20% down payment.
